How often to post, and the hard limit on GMB blasts.

Run it

1. Post consistently, 2 to 3 times per week.
2. Never run a GMB blast more than once a week. Over-blasting damages the listing.
3. Balance promotional posts with general engagement posts.
4. Every GMB post needs a clear image and a call to action.
5. Watch posting velocity, it affects account standing.
6. Repost annual event posts each year; if you used a link shortener you do not have to rewrite every social link.
