Tool Stack
33 tools named on the callsEvery tool below was named on a Green Grid Goblins or CTR Geeks call, with what it is for and which call it was covered on. Nothing here is an affiliate pick and nothing here is required. Mike says repeatedly that the process works on free tiers, the paid tools only buy you speed.
The minimum viable stack
You can run the whole PAA Process with: a browser to read the SERP, a Chrome PAA extension, your GMB backend, one social scheduler, one podcast host, and Search Console. Everything else on this page is leverage on top of that.

What you need to know before you buy
SEO Neo
Notes. Needs its own server / cloud provider setup (AWS, Google, Azure, Backblaze, Bunny were discussed). Has a Discord community Mike pushes members into.
LowFruits
Cost. Mike does not run a monthly plan, he buys credits and uses them in bursts. He is explicit that you do NOT need it, manual SERP extraction or a Chrome extension works.
OneUpApp.io
Cost. Tiers quoted on call: $18, $60, $120 and $300 per month. The $300 tier is unlimited social accounts and unlimited users, which is why Mike uses it (he is past 30 connected accounts).
Podbean
Why this one over the alternative. Podbean supports a MAP EMBED inside the episode, Buzzsprout does not. An embed is a backlink.
Cost. Free tier exists. Paid allows a long HTML description.
Buzzsprout
Cost. Free, but deletes episodes after 90 days unless you upgrade, quoted at $12/month per podcast by Roger K.
Caution
Mike was banned from Buzzsprout multiple times and moved to Podbean.
NotebookLM
Caution
Every output uses the same two voices. Edit out negative sentiment before publishing, and expect competitors in the same niche to sound identical.
Opus Clips
Member feedback. Ryan Leonard likes it but notes it does not indicate which clips he already posted. Franklin Nwangene stopped using it over performance.
Pictory
Caution
Shaun Mitchell found Pictory reintroduced the same AI errors his team had already fixed in the copy, forcing video rebuilds. Fact-check the output.
Omega Indexer
Notes. Mike's first move is still a plain Search Console resubmit, Omega is the volume option. Raised by Shaun Mitchell.
Press Advantage
Member feedback. Alix McNeill: 'Press Advantage is pretty damn good'.
Caution
For CTR referral traffic, link from the press release URL itself, never from pressadvantage.com root.
Google Analytics
Caution
Clint Butler on the 2025-01-23 call: the free version samples roughly 25 to 30 percent of data. Shaun Mitchell does not trust it and leans on Search Console and local analytics. Set client expectations accordingly.
Yext
Notes. Shaun Mitchell reported going direct to Yext gets agencies cheaper pricing than through SEMrush or GoHighLevel, and that Yext has a direct connector to submit business data to OpenAI.
